With no updates it's good to see some pictures of progress on Telkwa. 2018 was fraught with failures. 2019 needs to be a turnaround year and crucial Telkwa is completed and licensed. No more delays! I believe management knows of the importance of Las Vegas and they wish to develop that business as soon as funding allows. Currently they are 0 and 3 (Telkwa, California, Nevada) which reflects

 Contractors slow down when the money flow dries up or stop work. Proper management & preplanning would have that building growing weed. They may be caught where financing will sign off until building is complete but contractors will not keep going so nothing is happening.

I wouldn’t pay contractors until the project is completed I work for one of the biggest construction company  in Canada contractors don’t get paid till the project is completed I think the problem Mgw was having was project materials growing equipment was all on back orders due to high demand telkwa is a remote area .
