Can anyone explain to me why a man with such a decorative background in finance, our CFO Mr.Lam is unable to figure out a way to acquire financing for our company.  Read his qualifications below. What is the big problem.  Brilliant directors but a no go.Terence Lam is a member of the PBA Society of Canada. Prior to spending nine years in an accounting practice, he owned and managed a wholesale and retail business for over a decade. He has employees, financial institutions, suppliers and accountants to understand the complex requirements of a productive business culture.
