Another theory for the low SP here...

The AGRA shares are in SOW's account and because they are not tradable (yet), they are there as 0 value.

However, the AGRA shares are somehow counted towards SOW's shares outstanding in some trader's calculation/algorithm.

Maybe that's why SOW SP is tracking AGRA's at approximately 50%.

Maybe when the AGRA shares becomes free-trading the SP jumps because the "Robot Algorithms" change valuation.
