Hi Cg,

Those shares from DOC were free trading upon receipt, in fact, SOW sold off half of those shares already for some cash, around the time when shares were about 0.6... so AGRA SP at 0.26 will make the avg price 0.43, which make mcap of SOW about 0.12....

I guess my previous theory regarding shares of AGRA being counted towards SOW's share count just got proved wrong lol.
