TILT owes money to insiders because of over-paid assets.
Insiders decided to loan 16m$ OID @ 20m$ + 18% interest (yep thats 4m$ profit+ 18% interest)
few months goes by... Insiders decided to REPAY the loan to Insiders at a tune of 20m$+18% interest. By RAISING more money from INSIDERS @ 8% interest this time...
Long story short.... Overpaid assets...... 16m$ magically becomes 20m$usd +18% interest......magically repaid with another 8% interest loan from the VERY SAME insiders.
