Final tranche of oversubscribed PP closed for GP of ~$15M!VERS has closed the final tranche of its oversubscribed private placement for total gross proceeds of $14,957,030!

The first tranche of VERS' PP was closed 24 hours after opening, followed by a second tranche and an upsizing of the PP to $12,500,000!
