VERS adds Jay Samit to board

VERS adds Jay Samit to boardVERS.n has been announcing some important news over the past few weeks. Most recently, Jay Samit (former independent vice chair at Deloitte) has joined the VERS board and will serve as chairman. Great addition for VERS as Samit is known as a trend spotter - he has helped grow pre-IPO companies like LinkedIn and pioneered breakthrough advancements in music and video distribution.

Having Samit on the board is a massive step in the right direction for VERS.
