VERS welcomes Dr. Friston as Cheif Scientist👨‍🔬 The AI/tech company VERSES Technologies Inc. (VERS.n VRSSF) recently announced that Dr. Karl Friston, one of the most cited brain & mind scientists, is now VERS' Chief Scientist for its advanced AI research and development team.
Friston is a Professor of Neuroscience at University College London and the Scientific Director of the Wellcome Trust Centre for Neuroimaging.
Since this appointment, Friston and the rest of VERS' AI Research Lab, have already published a paper which offers a path toward enabling the next generation of AI, Artificial General Intelligence (AGI).
