VERS sold 5,497,000 Units (containing 1 share and 1 half purchase warrant) at a price of $1.00/Unit.
The aggregate gross proceeds raised by the first and second tranches are $10,737,000.
Insiders picked up 50,000 units in the second tranche, showing the company has strong internal confidence IMO.
VERSES also announced that it has increased the size of the Private Placement to up to 12.5M Units from up to $10M, for overall proceeds up to $12,500,000
I think this means that there will likely be a 3rd tranche happening soon.
