VERS raises almost $15M from PP

VERSES Technologies (VERS.n) has completed the 3rd and final tranche of its private placement for $4,220,030 gross with insiders buying 12,280 units.

All three tranches of the PP grossed VERS just under $15M, so VERS should be cashed up for the quarters to come
