Don Jr. and other Rs were lied to. The environmentalists, in the end, had to admit they had no expert evidence claiming the type of tailings pond proposed had EVER failed. RC's claims can't alter that. See you back in the 9th Dist. COA for a trial on facts as to how the ACOE and the EPA did not follow legal procedures. It will also be fun for the court to find that bills are now on the House floor to stop the EPA from making arbitrary and capricious politically driven decisions.
