RE:RE:RE:What good is a tailings design with no ore.

RE:RE:RE:What good is a tailings design with no ore.In regards to your statement I agree fully, however you need to understand how these protests start and who with the $$$ gets them going and for wat reason.....

"NGO's" are non-government agencies (example Soros Open Society) who pay certain individuals and or organizations to create havoc and unrest in politically hot bed areas...

IMHO I believe there may be some merit in a similar situation occurred at Pebble which cost NDM and its shareholders $$B of damages.......and I believe that NDM's Management and lawyers have a good grasp on this and are working diligently in securing all the evidence to support these facts....

"The environmentalists, in the end, had to admit they had no expert evidence claiming the type of tailings pond proposed had EVER failed"

Now if that is what occurred and on the surface it does look that way IMHO - lawsuits will be massive against individuals, organizations, could include native as well, all forms of Government's and their agencies - NDM will be in line for Treble damagaes and all costs thereof - might even be large enough to build the mine without outside financing or a much reduced financing again IMHO
