NDM securities settlement
Has anybody received a notice of a security settlement and a class action? It says it is only for those who bought shares on an American exchange. Does that mean that if you bought NDM on the TSX tou are not included? That is the exact same share of the same company whatever exchange you bought it on. If not, why do not those who bought on the TSX form a similar class action in Canada and follow the American model that won?

The notice came in snail mail so I have no link. But I imagine if you took the time to seach Google for class action and NDM you would likely find a reference.
