I just wonder what Alaska State and the other party of zhe royalty agreement think about chances. I guess they should have at least the same ammount or level of knowledge as you.

Probably more. Irrespective of SCOTUS or USACE decisions', the current mine plan is uneconomic. Alaska is being forced to defend their sovereignty because of these fools. Underground only. New EIS. 20-years. $1 billion spent. No reserves. Nothing.
