This stock is being accumulated by the group called The Bay Street Old boys. They are a group of retired Bay Street guys that have been behind some of the markets most successful companies. Most recently they made a fortune getting behind Blackberry, another cyber security company. 2021 could be very exciting for NBVA shareholders.
