CFO is selling
The CFO cannot be that desperate for money. She has 5 cent options that are good until 2027 and she decides to cash in 200,000. She sold 50,000 at .425 already and im sure she is trying to sell the rest. This is a case of a member of the crew jumping the ship before any of the paying passanger can. I sure hope the rest of the management dont start selling. After years of suffering the stock price has just gone above 40 cents and less than 2 weeks after that an insider starts selling. This will kill any short term momentum the stock had. Its bad enough that they dont have anyone promoting the company. Management should exit when we all exit. Sell the company and we all get out at the same price. Thats how it should be done!

Just relax, how do you know that she does not need the money? Stock options are part of the employees compensation packages at these small caps, so they need to cash some of them when they need the $$$. The SP will not be affected, as long as the Company undamentals do not change.
