There is also a power line that could be expanded i assume from the same distance. There is a virtual depression in themine construction business to boot. And the canadian dollar in which most of the construction workers would be paid with is not worth the paper its printed on in comparison to the US dollar... Sure some things might be more expensive... but many hings will be much cheaper in todays depressed environment in the mining sector..
