RE:Near Term Sell-off Risk Remains In Goldthere are always lot of great links at www.321gold.com

it is interesting to me that even among the 'faithful' within the precious metals and mining sector, the tendency is to continue to look for corrective action whenever the group rallies.

this is understandable, from the standpoint that people tend to have a 'recency' bias -- they have been so battered, that they can't believe in a trend reversal yet.

eventually, though, you will get a move which results in a sideways consolidation (rather than another correction).  maybe now?

given that we had a deep retracement during the March through May sell off, which gave back a good amount of gains from the blast off which took place at the start of the year, I am less inclined to think that we will get a large correction this time out.  But one has to remain open minded and time will tell.

Really hoping PVG will regain the $10 level after a brief pause.  Good luck to all.
