I'd say management has some 'splaning to do. In mid-September they issued $40M worth of shares at US$5.20. This was with gold at $1,100 and was based on previous 20 days average trading price. Today with gold well over $1,200 and a clearly more positive macro-environment wrt gold price, they issue shares at $4.58???
