R Q exercised options on 100000 sh. @ $5.85. Total $ 585000. Then sold 70000 sh. @ $ 11.82. total $827400. Profit $ 242400.He did not sell the whole amount of the exercise (100000) for $ 1182000 because he believes in the profit potential of PVG.
