The situation at PVG is a level beyond this where good information from a drift is not enough to give an indication of the grade in the stope above..
Paths I hope you realise that you have inadvertently confirmed my belief that the existing ore reserves are over stated by at least 20%.
What better confirmation of the real grade in the stopes than say about 12 months production being milled, say about 1 million tonnes?? Perhaps 24 months or 2 million tonnes??
WAIT, thats exactly what the last 8 quarters are telling us all. Existing ore reserves can only support mill heads of around 9 grams , and since the mine seems incapabable of producing more than 3500 tonnes per day on a sustained basis, this will be around 360-370,000 ounces annually at best.
