For  companies listed in  both Canada   and  USA   there is an  outrageous   amount of    extra  financial  bureaucracy  in extra financial  reporting.    I  worked  for one such  mining  outfit a few years ago   and the accounting  dept  came close to  a total  shut down  every quarter trying  to stay on top of this.

Now  that is something that costs every  shareholder  dearly.
