PVG short squeeze, new figures: plus 1.1 million shorted!Shorters sold additional more than 1 million PVG shares short in recorded last 2 weeks !!!
No wonder, that the shareprice is weak while the cash flow and fundamentals at Pretium are so strong. Shorters "created" by borrowing additional more than 1 million PVG shares out of thin air and sold them into the market. An artificially created value of roughly 10 million USD pressed down our share price recently in 2 weeks. Shorters have to deliver these shares back sooner than later.
I guess that short sellings funds had a lot of money inflow in recent weeks and are now forced to put their short positions anywhere. They follow Quant rules and are blind for fundamentals. In case of Pretium they are dead wrong and will have to pay for their mistake.
Regulators and politicians would help bitter needed stabilisation on financial markets by restricting any short sellings in these times in general...
For Pretium I am not afraid, cause fundamentals will for sure kill the artificially produced weakness in the share price. Additional more than 1 million shares shorted in only 2 weeks, how stubborn!

Add USA and Canada figures and we get the
total figure of 14,843,734 PVG shares shorted according to last officially published figures.
That is, as if Pretium had issued additional shares in the value of more than 120 million USD.
Of course Pretium did not issued these shares and these borrowed 14,843,734 PVG shares, that were shorted must be bought back by these shorters in the future.
