RE:RE:RE:RE:O Brien & Perron: where is your explanation ??! "Money talks and Bullsh#it walks"
Ok,interesting view and level of wording from sclarda. Seems that Seabridge had bought "bullsh#it". Seems that Rudi from Seabridge is completely wrong, when he says that he had added billions to the value of Seabridge with this "deal". Seems the market is completly wrong, when Seabridge`s
market capitalization went up much better than Pretium's
market capitalization after that surprise news release...
I always differed in my postings between:
The value of metalls contained in Snowfield, which is at present times something between 60 and 100 Billion USD. and
The NPV (value of Metalls minus all costs included), which is according to Pretium's own statement The pre-tax net present value is US$5.95 billion assuming US$1,235 per ounce gold (the spot price of gold on August 27, 2010).

Still waiting for a reasonable explanation from O Brien & Perron at a price of gold with is now higher than US$ 1,800 / oz! I would be more than happy if it comes.
The "Final long form Prospectus" from Pretium contains many detail about the Snowfield Property asset of Pretium. For example this picture which shows the proportions of gold contained in Brucejack and Snowfield.
In Europe a surprise sell of such a huge assset like stated in the Pretium "Prospectus" would be not allowed without shareholders approval. I do not know about Canada. I just wonder about it.
The missing explanation from O Brien & Perron can all clarify this ... !
