directors fill their pockets, while we get no dividend

directors fill their pockets, while we get no dividendO Brien himself and diretor grab for themselfes into PVG`s candy box for extra candies. While we shareholders get bitter pills quarter by quarter: "No Dividend and No share buy back."

If performance for the shareprice would be good theses extra candies for directors would be OK. But as it is so poor, we should not agree with these actions. It is our (shareholders) money what they grant themselves for delivering such a poor share price performance and no dividends. DSU = deferred stock unit. They usually change these intransparent DSUs after some time into cash but also aggregated also quite a lot of them. See last column in the list.

These DSUs are extras and should be only given as "extra" present on shareholders costs if they deliver dividends and a good share price performance ! O Brien, what you  do is is not OK !
