RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:O'Brien: a Trojan horse since 2 years ?!?Isn't it a bit late Date to publish such basic Material Changes officially on the SEDAR?

In the "Arrangement Agreement" is an interesting + unbelievable part to read on Pages 85 and following , Article 7: about the termination and the termination fee.

I can imagine that not only I have a long term view for the PVG investment and will vote NO against this stealing of our Gold (and may be even of our Snowfield NSRs ) at an extremely undervalued price. Just in the weeks when first resource expansion drills prooved ultra high grade assay results. While only a very small number of the known potential 65 (!!!) new resource targets was touched until now.

If short term minded investors like to realize short term small shareprice winning it is totally OK. Nothing against it! But I doubt that his is the 66 1/3 % majority of the Pretium shareholders.

Get rid of the Troyan Horse gang inside of our mine camp and offices.
