RE:Upcoming Events

RE:Upcoming EventsThanks for info. PVG management acts so, so poor! Our Trojan horse seems to get exhausted. And the legal advisers, which are "Shearman & Sterling" seems to be awkward in this issue as well.

Let us hope that a major shareholder is the reason behind this radio silence from the PVG board and management.

An uncut recording of the Pretium Webcast (nor the announced presentation) from the day, on which they posted the Material Change documents on SEDAR, is still not available for shareholders. One poster on this board had reported that it was done on Nov 16., 2021. But the life access to the webcast hosted by RBC Capital Markets (the official "financial adviser" of Newcrest) was not available to all PVG shareholders.*

Get rid of the doubtful present PVG board as soon as possible. A remote leadership from the Aussis far away for such a super resource in BC will never work anyway. It will only add costs for all the unneccessary additional Aussi management. Far away, their first class travels and senseless office places, meetings and administrations etc. etc.

Bring back Dr. Robert Quartermain. Let him give the leadership to well educated next younger Canadian generation people, selected by him. Pretium needs a Geo and "maker" as leader not an old bookkeeper with a doubtful past in his time as Newmont CEO.
