It is surprising that there wasn't more transparency to the shareholders with respecting to Senior Management shopping the PVG Brucejack asset(s) and/or accepting the first bid through the door. How do they, the independent directors, know its a superior bid, for transparency show the numbers to the shareholders? Aren't the independent directors working for the shareholders??

Maybe as minerman has been touting all along Brucejack isn't that valuable of an asset(s) after all.  It does seem a hellva lot more desirable than what Bristow's Barrick is banging its head up against in Donlin but hey as somebody once said a bird in hand is worth two in the tree.  Definitely glad too have been buying the dips!!

...maybe a white knight like Blacksone will come along and make another Crown acquisition!
