So 80.65 % against needed 66.66 %
in the cast box. From all the outstanding 263.7 million KL shares only 150.7 million shares voted with "Yes". What is
only 57.1 % !!! of the outstanding shares which voted with a "YES". But as so many KL share owners did not vote the deal came throug cause only the votes casted are basis for the decision.
Watch: this demonstrates how important it is to vote. And to vote with "NO" in our case, when it comes to the voting.
Every not sent out vote will be also in our case an indirect shameful "YES" vote !
