Simple game:
1) Press down the shareprice of a rock solid valuable company by short selling, algo automated ring trading and spoofing and by continued disclosure breach (for example not publishing "potentially game changing" drill results...).
2) Make a "Take Over" offer on basis of the artificially reduced shareprice for that company, let us say with a 20 to 25 % "plus" premium to the actual downpressed shareprice.
3) Take it over and realise all the values of this company.
Criminal and needs to be brought to justice. Especially those criminal and corrupt persons who help to play such criminal games.
