Newcrest needs 66.66% of votes in the voting pot !It is very important to know: Newcrest does not need 66.66% "YES/ FOR" votes of
all PVG shares.
Newcrest needs only 66.66% "YES/For" votes of those votes, which were really submitted by the shareholders and are so to speak in the voting pot.
Therefore this Newcrest muppet O`Brien manipulated the timing, to put the voting proceedures exactly into the seasonal holiday time. They hope, PVG shareholders (including smaller institutionals) are in holiday mood and forget to vote + to confirm + submit their "Against" vote.
So please, everybody who thinks this "offer" is an underpriced steal of our big Pretium gold plus of our royalty rights of the net smelter income from the Snowfield property. Snowfield contains 25.9 million (!!!) ounces gold... measured and indicated category,
Please check your post and messages from your broker about your "Voting instruction form" for Pretium.

- click the "confirm" button (not the text: "Click here to attend a meeting and vote your shares in person")
- submit your vote with the filled in control number, your broker had sent to you
In most cases it will be done digitally. Otherwise it can be done also as a classic paper vote in a letter. It all takes about 5 mintues only. In my case the broker sent me an email with the Control Number. Attached by this email was said "voting instruction form" where I could execute my vote..
Only by doing so, you can make sure that Newcrest and O`Brien can not get the needed 66.66 % of the votes
in the voting pot.
Those big institutionals who own both, "Newcrest" and "Pretium" may vote with "YES". For them their Newcrest position was in recent years a lame duck in their portfolio. They would like to push up this lame duck "Newcrest" with fresh young blood of "Pretium". To push it up, with
our gold and
our royalties ! It may get narrow in the
voting count of the submitted votes.
Please vote "Against" and confirm and submit your vote !
In any case of doubt, just call your broker for assistance about the voting proceedures in your case. In my case, I received a confirmation email about my "against" votes from my broker even within the same business day.
