Thanks staolin.  I suspected maybe that was a tie based on a press release by Novadx back in mid 2009.  I plan to go back and dig deeper.  If I seem to be a little paranoid about this company it is because I am new to the company and find the situation almost to good to be true.  This causes me to want to dig as thoughly as I can to try to validate my DD to date.  I have a similar situation with Aurcana Corp. They own two silver mines both of which are scheduled to significantly increase production in 2012 and Aurcana is also a penny stock with appearingly great potential about to come to fruition. I have already bought a fair amount ( for me) of each but need to do more digging before adding more as of course every one must do their own due diligence.
