My hangups with this is the posibility that they screw it up and can't pull a profit, similar to how Royal Coal is failing. MCoal has a much bigger cushion so I doubt that will be the case.
Also the permitting for phase 2 at Rosa was among the plans in 2010 and it doesn't seem to be progressing to any extent, nor in the plans for 2012. The Rex No.1 startup has taken priority I guess. A lot of plans have shifted in the past 2 years. However most of the periphery stuff seems to be taken care of and the focus is on the startups. If solid production doesn't move this I'll be baffled.
All these small operations on the cusp of production seem heavily discounted. I can't wait until the figures start to show in the financial reports.
