RE:RE:RE:US$11.75 per shareThere is only one scenario where this price may make any sense. There was a recent buy of another stagnant Canadian company by a foreign buyer. It was also sitting on a mountain of cash. I am referring to the sale of Canada Bread. During the sale process there was a special dividend of $8 per share shortly before the sale was approved by the government. The only way that this offer is remotely reasonable is if the $319 million in cash I mentioned in my previous post is dispersed amongst the 62 million shareholders...that means roughly $5 per share.
