RE:RE:RE:US$11.75 per share

RE:RE:RE:US$11.75 per shareWhere the OSC and the government show no signs of slowing this bad deal at least the lawyers have appeared to help shareholders get a better deal...and this one is a stinker.  Did you read the offer?  They want to use "some of the NDN cash on hand" to help finance this deal.  That is the shareholder's cash...that is our cash.  So that means we get to pay them with our cash to take over our own company.  The offer is approximately $750 million dollars.  Subtract them stealing our $320 million dollars and they are only paying $430 million dollars which is about $7 per share.  I have read that this board of directors is extraordinarily inept.  It's true and this deal is pathetic.  I also read that their previous 2 sales of other facets of the company were at fire sale prices as well.  This is beyond inept...this is complete failure of the management team to execute their fudiciary duties.  They should be sued for all 3 sales.  However that takes too much time.  Just give me the cash...a $5 per share special dividend and this price and may no one be so foolish to hire any of this executive team ever again.
