Who to BlameI don't know from where they picked this BoD and senior mgmt. but maybe it's just another fine example of the "Peter Principle" at work. What's more disturbing for shareholders is the adding of "insult to injury" by giving them obscene bonuses for creating this "take it or leave it" situation. This is one very good example of a poorly run small cap Canadian Company that didn't make it to the big times because.....
