BNN mentioned a recent report about the Board of Directors for Canadian Companies.
Concerns raised about the agedness of the BoD members, insufficient diversity and a lack of turnover.
Flogging a dead horse in this case.
Something to keep in mind for future investments.

A wealth of problems here IMHO. Like so many companies that fail to innovate in a timely fashion (i.e BB). - a lack of talent - unable to trouble-shoot - a lack of business acumen They were handed a cash cow......
