Sad, Sad

Ooooo, this is ugly! Then again - the writing was on the wall. Shareholders must heed the warnings. Wait, wait - individual shareholders are not to be chastised. We all know that it is the institutional investment companies who are responsible for putting pressure on management to improve a bad situation. They did not do that. As well, the BoD seemed to forget their purpose (asleep at the wheel for the last few years I suspect). No honesty & no transparency here. The last recourse is the OSC. Fellow investors - if this transaction is allowed to happen - we are surely doomed.
