NASDAQ Delisting

Neptune Wellness (NASDAQ:NEPT) plunged over 40% in premarket trading on Wednesday as it received Nasdaq's decision to uphold its delisting determination and denied the company's requests for additional time to rectify the deficiencies.
Earlier in November 2023, the consumer packaged goods company was notified by Nasdaq that it was not in compliance with the minimum bid price requirement, as the bid price for its shares closed below $1.00 for 30 consecutive trading days, among others.
The trading of the company's common shares on the Nasdaq would be suspended as of the opening of business on March 7.
The company is seeking to have its common shares quoted on the OTCQB Venture Market of the OTCMarkets.

I think MC's house and all his assets should be garnished, sold and the money returned to stockholders.  He robbed this company blind with is multimillion paycheque and why did it take so long for the board to get rid of him?
