Shares are halted / hands are tied

Until we get a clear press release from the company as to what will come of the mine and investor shares there is nothing we can do. Personally I am still optimistic that some amount of shareholder ...more

My suspicion is

That pala and Merc have agreed to a minimum price with someone. That would be a starter on an auction. That would also set the price for the rest of us. Hope that is so.   Nf

Depends on the contract terms and what the court says. It could be secured debt, unsecured debt, transferred to new owners, or terminated.

I just checked the sh owners and quote page. Quote page still shows 300 thousand shares in circulation, but 1.1 billion others, which I am guessing are not. The 1.1 equals pala and Merc shares. It ...more
