current MC is 43m-24m=19m only . That seems low valuation

Exactly, that's why I believe it could become a buyout target. It will definitely if the next quarter indicates near term profitability, the value of the Amazon relationship and the value of NASDAQ listing of course is worth something, serious eyes will be looking. Let's think negative for a moment......... they lose the Amazon account!
