Been with the company since Oct 2020. Good riddance maybe he's the one shorting the stock, just guessing in a very short while we will know or maybe that was his exit yesterday with over 500K shares traded at the same price (give or take half a penny).
By not replacing him it takes away one of the NASDQ requirements, 5 board members. If they are now less than 5, it means Evan is dropping that plan. In both cases I trust Evan's judgement, the firing and the NASDQ plan.
