RE:the IPO price will not be below the NGA price, that would beOK, thanks.  I believe the source of the confusion is in terminology.  The day our NGA shares change their ticker to LEV in my opinion is NOT, repeat NOT an initial public offering for Lion.  This confusion is further compounded by using terms such as IPO Pricing which is always pre-determined and pre-announced by the under-writers.  In the case of NGA it was announced as $10 and that the exchange was one-to-one share.  There is no way of predicting the share price at which LEV would commence trading.  It could be $20, $35, $10 or even sub $10.
Cheers.
