the IPO price will not be below the NGA price, that would be insane.
I think the price should be adjusted. The already announced $10 will be easily exceeded and we will open around $20 in my opinion. There is no reason to go below the current price and it will even go above because the demand will be great. This stock could trade at 3 or even 4 times the announced IPO.

OK, thanks.  I believe the source of the confusion is in terminology.  The day our NGA shares change their ticker to LEV in my opinion is NOT, repeat NOT an initial public offering for Lion.  This confusion is further compounded by using terms such as IPO Pricing which is always pre-determined and pre-announced by the under-writers.  In the case of NGA it was announced as $10 ...more

Thanks Dibah,if I understand your explanation correctly,I just don't have to accentuate to be understandable.I thought that by putting my keyboard in the French-speaking position,I would solve the problem.Obviously I could always write in English, but it's a lot longer for me :)

I think the optimal solution for you is to write in French using an English keyboard;  i.e. no accents or other diacritical marks.
