The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to a non-brokered private placement announced on March 4, 2024.

 

Number of shares:  28,396,857 common shares

Purchase price:  35 cents per common share

Number of placees:  nine placees

Total existing insider involvement:  18,364,286 (five insiders)

 

The company issued a news release on March 22, 2024, confirming the closing of the private placement.
