RE:RE:Livramento plant overview. One thing we will need is new buyers or renewed buying interest. Right now we are seeing sellers continue to pop up, but I think the only ones I can see selling now are for the following reason:

1. Tax loss selling
2. Sellers the last 2 months who had shares at $0.05 and are taking the profit and participating again in the recent pp at $.075 cents. Wouldn't make much sense to sell at any price lower that $.075 unless you want the warrants are truly belive in the long term vision of 3 years for the company. 

But then again...if the pp is full and not allowing over allotment you wouldn't take that risk. and you resort back to tax loss selling.
