I realize how confusing this is and how deceitful this can turn out to be, when u suddenly realize it is not what u thought. I should know since I had firsthand knowledge when it happened to me. I have bought many stocks many times directly on the TSZ-V venture exchange using the TD Waterhouse platform for trading and have never been blocked to buy or sell until I tried to buy VQA on the TSX-V. When this occur to me last time I called TD and voiced my opinion loudly and they told me it was up to me too due my DD. I told them how would I know when it is listed as on the TSX-V. They said they would look into the matter and it seems they have by the way of blocking u directly and forcing u to call them. I suspect if u ask they will then explain it to you, meaning where it trades.
