insider ownership seems kind of low

insider ownership seems kind of lowI listened to the latest webinar. Once thing that struck me is when in the Q&A Larry Page said that insiders and family and friends owned 5-6%. This is really a low level of insider ownership and doesn't give me confort that management has skin in the game. It looks like they will participate in the upside thru the issuance of cheap options. I guess this is typical of most juniors, but I was hoping that they would be the exception to the norm and put more of their own capital at risk.
