You can check it yourself by going to their website of listed companies, click the Venture button, write VQA, and press search.

Their status is "currently listed".

Besides, I wouldn't think you could trade on the Venture without being listed there. Isn't the point of exchanges that investors can trust that if a company can be bought through an exchange, that means that the company must meet the criterias for being listed?
