Pilar announced a spinout last week of their Finland gold mine with the biggest plant in Europe so VQA will now have a shareholding in Laiva Gold. Here's the announcement I received - Pilar Gold spins out Laiva Gold to Shareholders

Supposely all this good news and the stock goes nowhere so really who cares what Pilar is doing if you get NO BENEFIT from the news.
